"I purchased my first Harley on cold fall day in 2004. My wife and I were up in the St. Cloud area and decided to stop in. I had been wearing a pair of boots that I had purchased there some years before, and really liked the dealership.
I was introduced to Allen Wilson, and I quickly knew that I came to the right place to purchase my first Harley. Allen set us up with a Ultra Classic, and we were able to get some miles on it before the snow started to blow.
Even though we live in Chanhassen, Donahue in St. Cloud is our dealership. Besides it's a nice ride up for a visit!
We recently traded the Ultra and purchased our dream bike, "08" Road Glide. Donahue has been nothing but exceptional in all respects! "

"What can I say... "service" was defined and taken to a level beyond my often high expectations.
During a group ride (13 cycles) I found myself roadside, cycle stalled so there wasn't even enough electrical to run the odometer much less push start. Not having my HOG card/number with me I couldn't call HOG for roadside assistance because there were no real people available at 3:30 on a Saturday (just automated services) to verify my membership and get the number. In desperation I called the nearest Dealer, your Brainerd/Baxter location, and was put in touch with Scot. Within minutes of closing time for the weekend he spent time helping me on the phone, thinking of ways both help me troubleshoot and verify my HOG membership via alternate ways (VIN from other dealers, etc). In the end, not only did he help me after hours on his own time, he delivered a battery (mine was shorted), installed it, checked the charging system and gave me the confidence to enjoy the evening and meet up with my group ride. He turned my day weekend, and week from frustration to fun. I didn't need to ride "on the back" of a friends bike 2 hours home, have the bike towed, drive back 2 hours with a friend or trailer to pick it up, or have any of the hassle. About hour later (being 30 minutes away), I was on the road with my friends again and home before the storm hit with my week free from 4 total hours of driving, a day of vacation to get it, and all the additional costs involved. My HOG membership more than paid for itself, but it was Scot's effort, commitment to true service, and his time away from his personal life that allowed me to enjoy my weekend and week. I honestly can't say THANKS loud or often enough. Maybe it was a lucky breakdown/repair, but it wouldn't have been lucky at all without the effort from your Brainerd service department manager Scot, a service manager that obviously leads by example of the way a business should be run from this customers viewpoint."

"I would like to thank the Baxter service department for all the help on my insurance claim for my Road King after hitting a deer. I fought with my insurance for about 6 months and was not getting anywhere with them, so then i went to the Baxter dealership and in just a little bit of time they told the insurance company how it was gonna be, THANKS FOR EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!!"

"Last year I bought a 2002 Electra Glide from the Baxter store. The sales guys up there were very helpful and very willing to work with me (and my dad) on the purchase of our first Harleys. Also, I recently bought a Sportster 1200C from the St. Cloud location. The sales team there was also willing to spend time with me making sure I got what I wanted. After test driving about half a dozen bikes, the Sportster was the best fit for me. I appreciated the fact that they didn't think of me as a dumb kid coming in the store just to mess around with bikes. Being 25, I sometimes get that. Some places don't take youger people seriously, especially about buying big dollar bikes. The guys at your stores never treated me any less than a 50 year old biker who is buying his 10th bike! I appreciated that. Now, I can't wait for spring!"
